I just got word the Bears (my "local" team) got Brandon Marshall. I can drive 5 minutes and get to their training camp. :)

But current drama aside, does Cutler have the arm to exploit Marshall? I know they've worked together before, but that's not the painstaking NFL 20-yard by 20-yard by *splatto* QB Cutler I'm familiar with.
